QUESTIONS? ANSWERS!

Your PC will arrive in one box, with everything inside. Upon opening the outer box, you'll see two inner boxes - one containing your PC, the other an Accessories Box, containing your PC's power cord, extra cables and screws not used in the build, any component manuals, a PC setup guide, and your Tax Invoice. If you ordered any accessories such as a mouse, keyboard, or monitor, these will be shipped separately in either individual or combined boxes, on different consignments with separate tracking details. You'll receive the tracking details for each item in your shipment. IMPORTANT: Don't throw away any of your packaging, internal or external! If you don't have space for complete boxes, cut the sealant tape and store the flat-packed cardboard somewhere safe. If the PC does need to be returned to us for any reason, we'll cover postage, but it is a requirement under warranty that sufficient protective packaging is used, and there's nothing better than the original packaging. Keeping all original packaging will save you a decent amount of hassle and expense in buying new boxes and protective internal packaging down the road.
